Front Desk employee told me that they could not print or give me my rate because I booked through an outside source...so I had no idea of the rate they actually charged me!!!! I actually had to call the outside source to have them call the desk to straighten it out!

The king room we had was huge. Comfortable bed and pillows. There were a safe box, multi-channel television, and a cable TV with on-demand movies available.

I had an excellent stay at a hotel in Chester. The rooms were immaculate, and the hotel itself was well-constructed, as we couldn't hear any noise from other rooms. The hot breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, with a dedicated attendant keeping everything in order. However, what truly stood out was the incredibly pleasant and service-oriented staff. Their warmth and friendliness made a genuine difference in my experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
